Orders in the Perth Metro area (Postcodes 6000-6199) will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95
Trade orders in the Perth Metro area (Postcodes 6000-6199) will be charged at a flat rate of $16.45. Trade orders anywhere else in Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $26.95
Contact Hair Services will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place. Contact Hair Services are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and please be rest assured, that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
During the order process, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to correct the problem. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.
Orders in the Perth metro area will be delivered within 3 business days. All other orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery, although we always endeavour to get it to you as quick as possible.
Any exchange must be made within 7 DAYS of purchase with a receipt
Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition as they were when initially sold (unused, boxed, etc)
A credit note will not be issued unless the item has a manufacturing fault and proof of purchase is produced to the staff within the store
There is no exchange on the following: hair accessories, hair pieces, combs and brushes due to health regulations
Contact Hair Services accepts no responsibility for any professional hair product application that has been applied without following the manufacturers instructions or performed outside the salon
We do not exchange or refund accessories, scissors or products based on incorrect choice or change of mind, UNLESS these items are faulty
